Too Good To Go Voucher Terms and Conditions
Effective 1st April 2024
These "Voucher Terms and Conditions" ("Voucher Terms") supplement the "Too Good To Go Terms and Conditions" ("User Terms") and "Delivery Service - Conditions of Use" ("Delivery Terms") that are in effect at any time you use the Too Good To Go app (the "App"). In the event that a provision in these Voucher Terms conflicts with any of the provisions in the User Terms or Delivery Terms, these Voucher Terms shall apply.
Definitions:
All definitions contained within our User Terms and Delivery Terms shall remain the same.
Eligibility:
Vouchers are available for use only by registered users of the Too Good To Go app.
Validity:
Vouchers are valid until the expiration date specified on each voucher. No extensions will be accommodated.
Redemption:
Vouchers can be redeemed exclusively (i) to reserve Surprise Bags in the App and (ii) to order Surprise Boxes in the App. Depending on the individual vouchers' issue date, in some cases it may not be possible to use multiple vouchers together for the same reservation/order. Too Good To Go reserves the right to limit the number of vouchers that can be used per reservation/order to one (1) voucher.
Currency limitation:
Vouchers can only be used for reservations/orders made in the App that are charged in the same currency as the voucher is issued in. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for vouchers in a different currency.
Non-transferable:
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Partial payment:
You can use your voucher to make partial payment in the App. If the total cost of your reservation or order does not exhaust the full value of the voucher, any remaining value will remain available for use under your payment methods.
Exclusions:
Certain items may be excluded from voucher redemption. Too Good To Go reserves the right to modify the exclusions from voucher redemption at any time without notice.
Cancellation:
If a reservation or an order paid for using a voucher is canceled by either you or the store, and if this cancellation meets the refund criteria set out in our User Terms or Delivery Terms, the voucher will be credited back to your payment methods in the App and remain available for use.
Fraud prevention:
Too Good To Go reserves the right to refuse vouchers in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. A user's App account may be closed and alternative payment methods charged if fraudulently obtained vouchers are redeemed.
Changes:
Too Good To Go reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel vouchers and/or these Voucher Terms at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability:
If a voucher is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, will be the replacement of such voucher.
